Abstract

Here, we present a review of 30 cases of RHC that have been gathered together through the publication of four previous volumes under the auspices of RHCN. We applied a classification system to these chapters to identify the settings, the methods used and each chapter’s focus. In light of the present volume’s focus on Working Across Boundaries, we wanted to evaluate this theme in relation to the chapters reviewed.
