Abstract

Preparation of photons in multidimensional vector states of angular momentum was discussed. Realizable light distributions were shown, that yielded prescribed states with finite or infinite normal modes. It was suggested that these photons might allow the generation of engineered quNits in multidimensional quantum information system.
