Abstract
A newly-provided data base providing information on the career histories of a sample of 1980 graduates, including geographers, is explored. It shows that geographers enter a wide range of careers, but provides worrying evidence regarding the utility of their qualification and their retrospective evaluation of the degree courses. -Author
