Abstract

The multidimensional quantum states of the angular momentum of light are discussed. The L-managing, a general scheme, to prepare photons in multidimensional vector states of orbital angular momentum which allows the manipulation of the vector states, was presented. The analysis suggested the role of quantum entanglement in guiding the elucidation of capacity-increased quantum cryptography channels based on engineered quNits.
