Abstract

The present invention concerns a device (10) adapted to implement a deterministic quantum gate, the device (10) comprising :- a trap (14) having an excitation mode, the trap (14) being adapted to trap a plurality of quantum objects (12) coupled with the excitation mode of the trap (14), each quantum object (12) comprising three eigenstates, respectively named a |0⟩ state, a |1⟩ state and a |e⟩ state, and the quantum objects (12) being in all-to-all coupling configuration, and- a trap driver (16), the trap driver (16) being a wave generator adapted to generate a driving wave driving the excitation mode to which the plurality of quantum objects (12) are coupled, said wave having a frequency and an amplitude shaped to apply a deterministic non-local quantum gate on said quantum objects (12).
