Abstract

This composition is intended to encourage a dialogue between the saxophone and the drums which can be expanded upon during the imporovisations. Composition inspired by the music of Dewey Redman and Ed Blackwell.

First performed 12th September 2008 as part of the Jazz:Now festival at The Studio - Sydney Opera House.
