Abstract

A method is described whereby the excitation of an array feed for a reflector antenna is synthesized so as to achieve high aperture efficiencies and low cross-polarization throughout a desired coverage region. Results are presented for a dual-offset reflector antenna having a circular waveguide array feed. 5 refs.
