Abstract
A questionnaire named PIRQUAL was designed to measure consumer expectations and perceptions of quality in Internet retailing. This paper describes the assessment and refinement of PIRQUAL's statistical properties and presents a model that identifies the determinants of Perceived Internet Retailing Quality.
