Quantum dynamics of spin polarized optoelectronic processes

We study the quantum dynamics of the emission of multimodal polarized light in light emitting devices (LED) due to spin polarized carriers injection. We present the equations for photon number and carrier numbers, and calculate the polarisation degree of the light generated by LED.
