Abstract

Amendments to labour regulation in Queensland during the establishment of Work Choices legislation - relationship with federal reforms in the Workplace Relations Act - recent findings by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission in a WorkChoices inquiry and proposed changes to its regulatory landscape.
