    Abstract

This paper discusses the dating of mummified human remains from Egypt in the Chau Chak Wing Museum at the University of Sydney. The paper re-assesses radiocarbon dates published in the journal Radiocarbon 2011 and PLOS ONE 2021, in addition to new dates obtained from a recent study of the body in the 26th Dynasty coffin of Mer-neith-ites.
