Abstract

Under the background of social participation, participants of poverty alleviation are diverse. Apart from design from the top by the government and its execution, social participation is also a supplemental to its optimization. However, information paradigm for poverty alleviation, to some extent, ignored special situations, active actors, and social relationship networks, the essence of which is the modern evolution of the "magic bullet" for poverty alleviation. This article rethinks the paradigm in field investigation: deep in the poor areas of the structural and acquaintance society, information dissemination by embedding factors significantly influence poverty alleviation. Interpersonal communication, active actors, and acquaintances, as important actors, play more important roles in poverty alleviation and information dissemination.
