Sarcoidosis mimicking metastatic testicular tumour

Abstract

The management of testicular tumours places great reliance on radiological investigations to determine the extent of disease. We report here two patients in whom mediastinal lymphadenopathy was shown at biopsy to be caused by sarcoidosis rather than metastatic tumour.
