In connection with each kind of the hidden dangers affecting coal mine safety production, the paper introduces a new concept of coal mine safety restraint; Carries on a classification and analysis to all kinds of coal mine safety restraint; Discovers the most important coal mine safety restraint, which is useful to find the method of controlling the restraint and eliminating the accident in the embryonic stage; Provides the basis theory and the method of analysis to coal mine safety control.
