Abstract
A H//1//0 rectangular to H//0//1 circular mode transducer has been designed by using H//0//1//1 mode Semi Circular Cavity. It gives 80 MHz bandwidth at 9. 482 GHz. The VSWR and insertion loss in the pass band have been 2. 25 and 2 db respectively, which can be improved by better fabrication technique. It has the advantage of achieving larger bandwidth in a reduced size of the transducer.
