Abstract
In a career marked by more than one hundred peer reviewed publications-spanning the fields of accounting, law and management it is difficult to zero in on one particular article I deem to be a personal best. On the other hand, I have no difficulty in identifying two episodes in particular in relation to my research that have been cause for very considerable satisfaction, thus it is to these and to some insights I can infer from these that I turn in this Paper.
