Abstract
This is an edited volume including 14 chapters from second language researchers across the globe. The book is divided into three sections, namely, learning to write in a second language, teaching second language writing, and assessing second language writing. Each section has a substantive introduction by one of the editors. The chapters cover empirical studies and essays on different aspects of second language writing.
