Abstract
The Hon. Robert G Stokes MP, a Minister in the Parliament of New South Wales, explains why the city of Sydney should use the hunger for social, environmental and economic change precipitated by the Covid-19 pandemic to build on an indigenous heritage of environmental sustainability and communal support to re-work Sydney as a socially and environmentally just Garden City.
