Abstract

A nasal delivery testing device is disclosed comprising one or more nasal cast components with an impression of at least part of a nasal cavity, which is part of an airflow path between an airflow entrance and an airflow exit. The nasal delivery device may form part of a nasal delivery testing system that also includes an air pump connectable to the airflow exit, the air pump configured to provide air suction at the airflow exit. There is also disclosed a nasal delivery testing system including at least one sensor for one or more therapeutic agents, airborne pathogens or pollutants. Also disclosed is a method for testing nasal delivery of an agent.
