    Abstract

    So what is the next step? As more educators are using the technology, the focus must be on the potential for ICT to enhance learning and this is now the greatest challenge. Many lessons have been learnt over the last decades and these lessons are applied to the Kansas Academy for Leadership and Technology (KAL-Tech) progam, which is looking at training tomorrow's leaders in Kansas. What does KAL-Tech offer as a model for others to learn from and follow?
