Abstract

The clinical features of 128 patients with carcinoma of the larynx from the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital have been analysed. The œtology and pathology of this disease are discussed. The causes of delay in diagnosis are emphasized, and some of the procedures available to prevent delay are described.
