Abstract

Court appearances theoretically are expected to have a strong impact on the offender. This can be related to their anxiety and guilt evoking effect. It is questionable if such an effect has therapeutic implications. The present study investigates changes in the MMPIfollowing a Court appearance by a young man charged with fratricide.
