    Abstract

    For the first time in nearly a century, the famous bracelets of Old Kingdom queen Hetepheres I (c. 2600 BC), mother of king Khufu, were scientifically analysed by an international team led by Macquarie University in Sydney, with surprising results. Reported in popular international magazine 'Ancient Egypt' in November-December 2023.
