Abstract

The tomb of the Third Priest of Amun Amenemope (tt 148) lies in the northern part of the Draa Abu el Nagaa section of the Theban necropolis where it has been cut in one of the upper levels of the escarpment overlooking the temple of Seti I in Gurna.

This volume brings to a close the publication of the work of the Macquarie Theban Tombs Project in the tomb that began in December 1991 and which was completed in February 2000. It comprises:

a conservation report on all areas of the complex;
and a catalogue of objects found, including sarcophagi and coffins, human remains, shabtis, funerary cones, jewellery, ceramics, textiles, etc. Addenda and Corrigenda to Volume I are also included.
