Abstract
In this article the author discusses the America's entertainment media and examines the mutual influence of Japan and America's entertainment media. It states that transmedia storytelling has incorporated media mix techniques such as cross referenced content and serialization. It further mentions social and industrial influence of participatory culture in America.
