    Abstract

A monolithic, 5th order, elliptic, 15-60MHz, tunable filter has been implemented in 0.8μm CMOS technology for use as a reconstruction for anti-aliasing filter in high speed wireless data links. A digital tuning method is described which takes advantage of the digital components available in the proposed modem to reconfigure the modem into an automatic filter characterisation system.
