Abstract

This paper presents the ultra sharp compact low pass filter for microwave communication. The sharpness of cutoff is 121.43dB/GHz and the 50dB rejection bandwidth up to 2^nd harmonics. Insertion loss in passband is within 0.05dB. Such high performance is only obtained in the coaxial and waveguide media.
