Abstract
Verrucous carcinoma occurs in the head and neck but only 12 cases in the temporal bone have been detailed. Verrucous carcinoma has a locally malignant activity and tends to recur in the temporal bone, as the possibility for widespread resection is limited. A case report is detailed.
