Abstract
An interview with accounting and sustainability expert Professor Roger Burritt and Doctor of Philosophy student Katherine Christ is presented. They discuss their research on water management in the Australian wine industry. They explain whether larger wine companies are more affected by water access and economics. They also talk about regions with the biggest water access issues and those facing the largest water costs.
