Abstract

This chapter discusses strategies for successfully publishing your work in finance, specifically in the context of qualitative research. There are a few key points to address: where you choose to submit your work; submitting only polished work; and engaging in the research conversation both of your chosen journal and the discipline in which you are trying to publish. Editors can help you with these issues and frequently publish editorials pointing out what they are looking for in submitted papers. Their suggestions are highlighted in this chapter.
