Abstract

Pain is one of the most common presenting symptoms in young children with joint hypermobility. Children may present with pain from multiple different sources. A thorough evaluation and appropriate management are essential to ensure optimal outcomes. The reader should also consider the other chapters on childhood and adolescent concerns, including gastrointestinal pathology.
